Our Financial Services client is seeking a Mortgage Product Manager to drive the strategy, enhancement, and delivery of enterprise lending technology solutions across loan origination, underwriting, pricing, and servicing. This individual will work cross-functionally with Business Leadership, Sales, Capital Markets, Marketing, Design, Engineering, and Data teams to translate business objectives into scalable product capabilities that improve operational efficiency, accelerate time-to-yes, and enhance the borrower and broker experience.

• Lead discovery sessions with business stakeholders to identify root business needs and define product solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and document detailed functional requirements while assessing downstream impacts.
• Research regulations, business processes, and system capabilities to develop actionable product requirements.
• Write clear, well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria aligned with business priorities.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to maintain a prioritized, sprint-ready backlog.
• Ensure requirements are complete, testable, and aligned with overall product strategy.
• Analyze and map current and future-state business processes throughout the mortgage origination and fulfillment lifecycle.
• Evaluate Salesforce configuration and data to ensure product requirements align with system capabilities and business objectives.
• Develop test scenarios and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Track defects, validate enhancements, and support business sign-off based on defined acceptance criteria.
• Assist with product releases and change management activities.
• Maintain business requirements, process documentation, release notes, and operational documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Capital Markets, Compliance, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate requirements gathering, documentation, user story creation, meeting summaries, test case development, and business analysis.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Salesforce Business Systems Analyst within Financial Services or Fin Tech.
• Strong understanding of the mortgage loan origination and fulfillment lifecycle.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience with knowledge of objects, flows, validation rules, sharing, and overall platform functionality. Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce BSA experience is highly preferred.
• Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and supporting Agile product delivery.

• Experience supporting mortgage lending products such as DSCR, Bridge, Fix-and-Flip, or Build-for-Rent.
• Familiarity with Loan Origination Systems (LOS)
• Understanding of API integrations
• Experience working in fast-paced, highly regulated lending or financial services environments.
