** The Opportunity**### We are a fast-growing restaurant delivery platform for work and we're seeking someone who has a passion for product enhancements and communications resulting in restaurant engagement. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a self-starter, collaborator and takes pride in owning the entire project lifecycle from start to finish. This position will join the marketing team and report to the Director of Marketing.

We partner with over 10,000 restaurants nationwide. As the Product Manager, you will manage restaurant technology, measure portal utilization, and enhance the product to improve adoption. You will own the project strategy, define the product roadmap, and help create successful restaurant partnerships. Some additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Lead the entire project lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, and roadmap.
* Manage restaurant environment including store details, operating hours, menus, and order communications.
* Develop restaurant onboarding campaigns, manage engagement, and improve feature and product adoption to enhance restaurant satisfaction.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize features, as well as build and iterate new capabilities to deliver quality products and experiences.
* Define, develop, and implement marketing communications.
* Serve as the key point of contact for developers, cross-functional teams, and QA resources to ensure proper implementation of requirements.
* Organize and drive day-to-day progress of key initiatives and communicate status to broader teams and stakeholders.
* Ability to apply design thinking principles and collaborate with the UX/UI team.
* Define and communicate product success criteria, KPIs, and desired outcomes.

The

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
* 2-3 years of experience in a project owner role.
* Restaurant operations or restaurant technology experience is a plus.
* Ability to multi-task effectively and work successfully in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with exceptional listening, facilitation, and presentation skills.
* Be an initiative-taker with a drive for results.
