Product Manager
As the Senior Manager, Global Product Management, each day begins with reviewing the latest customer, market, payer, competitive, and clinical insights. You will take feedback from customers, field teams and research, and synthesize it to shape and communicate the product vision and roadmap for the quality controls portfolio. Throughout the week you will meet with cross-functional core teams focused on coordinating new product development, where you will provide leadership and insights to create and update business cases and market assessments, inform potential tradeoff scenarios, and prepare for commercial launch readiness.
Your execution of cross-functional planning (forecasts, pricing, product training, enablement content and go-to-market plays) ensures that launches or major updates land with clear value propositions.
This position must be based in Irvine, CA and is hybrid in office Tuesday-Thursday which requires the employee to be located within commuting distance of the office.
How You’ll Make An Impact- Builds and owns the product roadmap for robust, customer-grounded products.
- Turns data and insights into target product profiles and business cases that lead team vision.
- Leads cross functional team in prioritizing product and launch trade-offs to move programs forward, building alignment and delivering high-quality launches.
- Communicates clearly with stakeholders at all levels, translating complex topics into crisp decisions, sequencing, and status updates that keep teams moving and customers informed.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in product management, defining and owning multi-year product strategy and roadmaps.
- Led new product development or major enhancements from concept through launch.
- Converted voice of customer into target product profiles, requirements and business cases, balancing clinical, technical, and commercial constraints.
- Coordinated and drove alignment across cross-functional core teams including R&D, supply chain, regulatory, quality, commercial, finance.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or field roles engaging customers.
The estimated base salary range for this position is $157,400 - $216,400 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is also eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
