Baker Tilly is seeking an Assurance Growth Principal – Industrial & Consumer Products to help accelerate the continued growth of our well-established Industrial & Consumer Products (ICP) practice. This is a market-facing growth role for an experienced assurance professional with a strong network and a passion for business development.

You will focus on identifying and acquiring new clients, expanding Baker Tilly's presence in priority markets, and connecting clients and prospects with the full breadth of the firm's capabilities. You will join an established team of industry-focused professionals with deep experience serving middle-market businesses. Rather than building a practice from the ground up, you will have the opportunity to leverage Baker Tilly's existing industry platform, relationships, resources, and broad service stack to create meaningful solutions for clients and drive sustainable growth.
