Associate Product Manager/Product Manager – Humidified High Flow Therapy Job OverviewThe role of Associate Product Manager/Product Manager for the US Homecare Marketing Team is described as a 'Down Stream' position with a Sales Support and Marketing focus. This position will report to the Director of Homecare Marketing. The ideal individual would demonstrate proven Product Management and marketing skills to develop sustainable demand for medical or consumer products. The ideal candidate would bring value by presenting to the sales management, marketing, and business development teams and driving new ideas for marketing and sales campaigns.
This role will be based out of our North America Sales Office in Irvine, CA.
- Manage our portfolio of Respiratory Humidified High-Flow devices in collaboration with the Marketing Director
- Assist Sales and Marketing management team in developing strategic plans and messaging for the products related to the Homecare Business
- Perform day-to-day administration of product-related activities for product support, inventory, and pricing requests, and work cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Customer Service, Quality, and other Irvine-based departments
- Develop deep market insights and customer requirements by conducting market research with regular field visits, including development of market segmentation models to assess market feasibility and new opportunities
- Represent FPH and provide subject matter expertise at trade shows and other industry events to educate the market about relevant products and/or therapies and build a strong network of connections with customers and KOLs.
- Develop training materials and deliver basic and advanced training programs to educate Sales Team and customers on the relevant product/therapy
- Develop successful relationships with our New Zealand-based Product Development teams to facilitate development, marketing, and sales operations
- Assist sales operations teams to develop demand forecasts and Monitor sales forecasts to ensure consistent supply of product and accessories to the market.
- Develop "expert-level" knowledge of product portfolio to provide support to the sales team to facilitate effective use of products
- Support senior sales management team in managing some of the key accounts
- Develop new growth opportunities by direct participation in sales R&D activities
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., engineering, life sciences)
