Responsibilities
Max Linear is seeking a Senior Business Operations Analyst I to join our team. In this role, you will focus on the following:
- Maintain CRM data including accounts, end customer projects, and products
- Manage data quality for accounts, design registration, opportunities, samples, and quotes
- Support and train internal and external CRM users and Partners (manufacturer reps & distributors)
- Support new project implementation in CRM:
Samples, EVK, contracts - Update and maintain internal process documentation
- Ensure accurate reporting and design registration of new design-in opportunities
- Manage CRM development and issues with business applications team
- Work with CRM admin to improve the functionality and user experience
- Support sales managers with administrative tasks in CRM
- Experience working with an integrated ERP system with Finance, Quality and Operations modules
- Experience working with Sarbanes-Oxley protocols
- Strong skills in Excel and Word
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Organized and process-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and use good judgment in resolving difficult issues
- Semiconductor industry experience preferred
- CRM experience a plus (Salesforce, MS Dynamics)
- Bachelors in business, marketing, accounting, or related + 6 years of experience, or Masters + 3 years of experience
- Max Linear has a Total Compensation philosophy which includes base salary and annual discretionary bonus eligibility and many positions also include stock-based compensation.
- Max Linear's good faith estimate starting base salary range is: $84,600 to $103,400 Annually

- The actual starting base salary will be determined by the match to certain role-related criteria such as educational degree(s) or equivalent, relevant work experience, skillset needed for the role, and geographic location; this is not an all-inclusive list as some roles may require unique skills or experience.
