Anduril’s Air Defense team builds autonomous robots that find other robots and knock them out of the sky. This team is the nexus of premier Anduril-built products such as Roadrunner, Sentry, Anvil, Pulsar, and Wisp integrated into a software-enabled Air Defense family of systems tailored to the modern battlespace. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our rapidly growing Air Defense team based in Irvine, CA. In this role, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and requirements for our Sentry family of products, working across engineering, program, growth, and operations teams to turn evolving threat sets into fielded capability. You will be responsible for the technical roadmap of the product, developing sustainable manufacturing and supply-chain plans, and interfacing with customers to identify requirements and needs for the future of the product.

• Define and execute a long-term product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs, and translate it into product requirements, feature specifications, and Product Requirements Documents that serve as the guide for business and technical teams
• Conduct business case and ROI analyses to guide investment decisions, and identify and integrate emerging technologies that enhance Anduril’s counter-UAS capabilities and market position
• Establish clear product goals and key success metrics, and define and track the performance metrics that determine whether a product is succeeding
• Partner closely with Engineering Leads and Technical Program Managers to ensure product designs meet customer and business requirements while being scalable and manufacturable
• Serve as a product evangelist, effectively communicating strategy and goals to internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and support
