Project Buyer – Construction / Industrial Renovation – Los Angeles
The Role:
As part of an industrial workshop renovation project in Los Angeles, KLB Group is looking for an experienced Project Buyer to join its team. You will play a key role in managing procurement activities related to construction, working closely with internal teams and local suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all procurement processes for the industrial renovation project
- Source, assess, and negotiate with local suppliers and contractors
- Collaborate with project management, engineering, and construction teams
- Monitor timelines, budgets, deliverables, and performance metrics
- Use project management tools to streamline purchasing activities
Profile:
- Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Construction Management
- 5 to 10 years’ experience in procurement, construction project buying, or related project management
- Strong knowledge of the local construction market in Los Angeles
- Fluent/native English required – French is a plus
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
- Autonomous, detail-oriented, and collaborative
