Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced E and I Construction Superintendent in Corpus Christi, TX to lead daily scheduling, planning, and execution of construction projects while ensuring safety, health, and environmental standards.

• Lead daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site.
• Ensure that the right materials, equipment, and personnel are available to complete the job efficiently.
• Maintain safety, health, and environmental standards for all team members.
• Leverage people‑management skills to motivate and guide the work crew toward shared goals.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to keep the project on schedule and within budget.

• High School diploma.
• At least 15 years of construction site experience.
• At least 15 years of experience as a general foreman, superintendent, or construction manager.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of DCS and MEP background with prior industrial site experience.
• Experience managing contractors.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Pharma industry experience.
• OSHA 30 training.

Base salary range: $92,000.00 to $. Compensation is determined by job location and additional factors such as skills, experience, and education.
