- Comfortable working within a team environment at the project site.
- Provide general compliance support to construction projects requiring prevailing wage and other specific contracted labor requirements.
- Track and review certified payroll for internal self‑performing labor and external subcontractors on projects.
- Evaluate all public contracts (and any private contracts that have special requirements) for labor requirements (certified payroll, skilled labor, local hire, diversity, and other such labor related requirements), and work with the project teams and appropriate departments to ensure appropriate plans are in place to monitor and report, as well as to ensure proper submissions to agencies.
- Complete periodic audits on projects to verify compliance.
- Participate in risk assessment on the compliance programs and communicate to project teams.
- Monitor and stay up to date on labor and compliance laws and regulations that might affect company policies and procedures.
- Participate in external party and government reviews, audits and inquiries, working in conjunction with necessary district teams.
- Other duties as assigned.
We offer a competitive compensation package as well as benefits including Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, Life, and Paid Time Off. Compensation: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour.
