Responsibilities- Oversee all on‑site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and field staff to maintain schedules, resolve issues, and enforce safety protocols.
- Conduct daily site meetings, monitor progress, and proactively address potential delays or conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and local building codes.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, safety logs, and quality control records.
- Review and interpret construction plans and specifications to ensure proper execution in the field.
- 3–10 years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction.
- Ability to read plans – interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Proficiency in construction management software, with Procore experience preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage field teams and subcontractors effectively.
- Extensive knowledge of commercial building processes, safety regulations, and scheduling.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and communication skills to drive project success.
