Commercial Superintendent, DSA Experience Required
Location:
Irvine, CA Salary Range: $130-160k Benefits:

A well established commercial General Contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on healthcare and DSA school projects across the Orange County and surrounding region. This is a high impact, on site leadership role for someone with a strong background in DSA or public school construction who takes pride in delivering safe, high quality projects on schedule

Manage all on site construction activities from mobilization to turnov - er Direct field staff, subcontractors, and daily workflow to ensure project milestones are m
- et Enforce jobsite safety, quality control, and compliance with building codes and regulatio
- ns Coordinate inspections and interface directly with DSA and other governing bodi
- esLead daily jobsite meetings and collaborate with Project Managers to resolve field issu
- es Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports and look ahead schedul
- or:5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construct
- ion Proven success managing DSA school or healthcare projects in the fi
- eld Strong understanding of safety practices, site logistics, and sequenc
- ing Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specificati
- ons Strong leadership, organization, and communication ski
