Role Description

The Project Manager role at DMK Group Inc. is a full-time, on-site position based in Irvine, CA. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, including defining scope, managing schedules, and monitoring budgets. This role involves coordinating with expeditors, subcontractors, inspectors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure materials, permits, and inspections are completed on time. The Project Manager will track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting site visits, leading project meetings, resolving operational issues, and communicating updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management and experience overseeing construction or general contracting projects.
  • Candidates should possess expediting-related skills, such as Expeditor experience and Expediting capabilities for materials, permits, and documentation.
  • Candidates should possess inspection and compliance-oriented skills, including Inspection coordination and familiarity with quality and safety standards.
  • Candidates should possess logistics-focused skills, such as Logistics Management, scheduling, and resource coordination.
  • Relevant qualifications include experience in construction or general contracting, proficiency with project management software, and strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
  • Effective communication, ability to work on-site with cross‑functional teams, and a proven track record of managing multiple projects concurrently are beneficial.
  • A bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
