Layton Construction is seeking a Senior Estimator to manage and assist in compiling estimates for various projects, ensuring cost accuracy and professional responses to Owners’ requirements. The role reports to SBU Executives or the Chief Estimator as directed.
The candidate should have 5+ years in commercial construction estimating, with proficiency across hard-bid, design-build, and concept estimates, and experience with Destini Estimator, Blue Beam, Assemble, Revit and Primavera.
