Construction Project Coordinator ( Residential

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator in Irvine, CA. This onsite opportunity is with a high-end residential construction company specializing in luxury homes. The ideal candidate will support multiple projects from planning through completion, ensuring schedules, documentation, and communications stay on track.

• Coordinate residential construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Track project schedules, milestones, permits, inspections, and deadlines
• Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and project files
• Work closely with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and vendors
• Support budgeting, invoice processing, change orders, and expense tracking
• Assist with permit applications, approvals, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in planning and design meetings
• Conduct quality control reviews and identify potential issues before they impact schedules
• Help improve workflows and project processes

• 7+ years of construction coordination, project engineering, or project administration experience
• Strong understanding of residential construction and construction trades
• Experience managing permits, inspections, and project documentation
• Proficiency with Excel and construction management software
• Experience with Quick Books and/or Procore is preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines

Compensation: Competitive compensation based on experience.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, onsite.
