Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator in Irvine, CA. This onsite opportunity is with a high-end residential construction company specializing in luxury homes. The ideal candidate will support multiple projects from planning through completion, ensuring schedules, documentation, and communications stay on track.
What You’ll Do- Coordinate residential construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Track project schedules, milestones, permits, inspections, and deadlines
- Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and project files
- Work closely with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and vendors
- Support budgeting, invoice processing, change orders, and expense tracking
- Assist with permit applications, approvals, and regulatory requirements
- Participate in planning and design meetings
- Conduct quality control reviews and identify potential issues before they impact schedules
- Help improve workflows and project processes
- 7+ years of construction coordination, project engineering, or project administration experience
- Strong understanding of residential construction and construction trades
- Experience managing permits, inspections, and project documentation
- Proficiency with Excel and construction management software
- Experience with Quick Books and/or Procore is preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines

Compensation: Competitive compensation based on experience.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, onsite.
