Salary Range: $24.00 To $30.00 Annually

FLSA: Non-Exempt

A Project Manager Apprentice is responsible for working within a collaborative team. A Project Manager Apprentice’s duties and responsibilities are intended to support the sales efforts of the Account Team by executing multiple projects simultaneously through collaboration of both internal and external stakeholders.

• Maintain a construction schedule to deliver projects on time
• Maintain budget and project expenses
• Interpret construction methods, contracts, and drawings
• Manage kitchen equipment and custom fabrication procurement, delivery, and install
• Collaborate with sub-contractors, GC, and customers throughout a project
• Ability to travel to job site(s)

• Highly organized with a great attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Able to collaborate in a highly professional manner
• Able to problem solve both independently and collaboratively
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

This position has no current supervisory responsibilities.

This position operates in both a professional office environment, as well as occasionally on construction and/or job sites. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and works under fluorescent lighting. Noise levels in the work environment are usually moderate but can be severe le performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time.

• Ability to make repetitive substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
• Ability to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
• Able to remain in a stationary position up to 50 percent of the time
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
• Ability to hear, read, and speak in order to communicate with employees, customers, vendors, etc.
