Sr. Project Manager

Role:
Senior Project Manager leading capital projects with a focus on project governance, stakeholder engagement, and organizational effectiveness within biopharma or related industries.

Responsibilities

• develop and implement project frameworks
• manage portfolio processes
• lead governance meetings
• coordinate with client leadership
• oversee project execution
• facilitate communication among stakeholders
• manage project risks
• monitor performance
• ensure successful project delivery including startup and handover activities

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related
• 8–14 years of experience managing large-scale capital projects, preferably in petrochemical, chemical, or industrial sectors, with experience in construction, commissioning, and turnover of facility systems

• familiarity with pharmaceutical or GMP environments, project controls, BIM/CDE, and Autodesk platforms

• managing complex capital projects
• stakeholder engagement at executive level
• ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• experience supporting construction in regulated environments

Work setup involves travel up to 100% and operating across multiple client sites.

The role demands strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project and Pro Core.
