Job Description & How to Apply Below
Innovien is supporting a large-scale commercial infrastructure and energy program. We're hiring a Project Manager to own a portfolio of $5M to $20M+ projects end to end: HVAC, mechanical, solar, roofing, and controls, from concept through commissioning, running several in parallel. Budget, schedule, subcontractors, safety, client relationship: it's all yours, with no layers between you and the outcome. If you're ready to run a real portfolio instead of coordinating someone else's, this is that seat.
WhatYou'll Do
- Deliver infrastructure, energy, and HVAC projects up to $20M+ annually on time, on budget, and on spec, with full P&L, forecasting, and risk responsibility
- Own scope and contract compliance, including review and approval of bids, RFIs, submittals, and change requests
- Build, maintain, and update project schedules against critical path timelines and milestones
- Manage subcontractor and vendor performance, direct inspections for spec and safety conformance, and ensure permitting, code compliance, and closeout
- Maintain complete project documentation and follow safety protocols throughout
- 5+ years managing full cycle commercial or institutional construction projects (schools, universities, correctional facilities) individually valued in the multimillion dollar range
- HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and energy infrastructure project experience
- GC or construction management background with direct experience in purchase orders, subcontractor agreements, and vendor invoicing
- Proven ability to build project plans and forecasting models tracking timelines, milestones, and critical path across active projects
- Fluency in Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Share Point
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related discipline
- Valid driver's license; weekly travel to project sites up to 120 miles
- Strong interpersonal skills with an entrepreneurial, adaptable mindset
- DSA experience (submittal, inspection, and closeout process); mentorship available for a strong GC
