We are looking for a seasoned, tenacious, critical-thinking Senior or Executive-Level Event Producer to oversee multiple aspects of client events and programs. You will be responsible for setting the vision, building the blueprint, and driving the production process from start to finish. You will ensure that goals and objectives are met while being a beacon of operational awesomeness.

We are known to create both in-person and virtual events that are engaging, immersive, and meticulously executed. All details are fully thought through so that each event experience is seamless.

• Have extensive experience producing and managing live events
• Have several years of event and/or project management experience at an event company, marketing agency, experiential shop or on the client-side
• Have overseen both in-person and virtual events
• Are a confident leader who knows how to build, guide, and motivate strong teams
• Constantly have your finger on the pulse of what’s now and what’s next
• Crazy attention to detail, without being crazy (or at least not too crazy)
• Have unshakable positivity from the moment you wake up
• Have an entrepreneurial spirit—ability to work independently and with your team
• Have the drive, resilience and creativity to do whatever it takes to get it done

• Are proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and/or Keynote and other industry-related technologies

• Lead and oversee the full production lifecycle from concept through execution
• Create and manage budgets, production schedules, and overall project plans
• Develop detailed, minute-by-minute run of show documents for live events
• Source, contract, and manage live entertainment talent
• Direct and manage pre-production and on-site event teams (2–30+ roles)
• Own client relationships through proactive communication, meetings, and anticipation of needs
• Conduct venue research, develop presentations, negotiate contracts, and oversee logistics including registration and hotel room blocks
• Assist in the development of event communications, presentations, signage, environments and branding elements
• Work cross-functionally with Apex creative, staffing, logistics and accounting teams
• Research and present creative event design options, venues, premiums and gifts
• Plan and lead event site visits
• Set and maintain the tone for the team — always calm under pressure
• Travel can vary and may be up to 30–40% depending on event schedule
• $115,000-$140,000, depending on experience
