Email Marketing Graphic Designer

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–5+ years of graphic design experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Experience building email templates in Knak
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Experience working cross functionally
• Portfolio required (applications without a portfolio will not be considered)

• Figma experience is a plus

The Email Marketing Graphic Designer supports B2B and B2C email marketing design needs as part of an in-house Creative Team. This role works closely with a Senior Graphic Designer and reports to the Creative Team Manager. The designer will execute modern, on-brand digital designs—including email campaigns and supporting graphics—using a mobile-first mindset. This is a contract to hire opportunity and hybrid onsite in Reading, PA.

• Build strategy-driven email campaigns using Knak templates and client-provided copy
• Translate creative briefs and copy outlines into polished email campaigns for service offerings and events
• Ensure all emails are accurate, brand-compliant, accessible, and delivered on time
• Design supporting graphics based on product lines and creative briefs to enhance content clarity
• Perform quality assurance checks before handing off files to the email campaign deployment team

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
