Are you ready to shape high-impact, visual narratives that transform complex science into captivating patient stories? As a Senior Motion Designer & Video Editor for a top-tier healthcare marketing agency, you will serve as a consultative creative partner driving end-to-end video campaigns across omnichannel touchpoints. You will leverage modern motion toolsets-including 3D software and AI workflows-to lead visual innovation for top pharmaceutical brands.

Responsibilities:

Architect dynamic motion graphics and high-quality video edits using Adobe Creative Cloud to elevate brand storytelling across omnichannel media touchpoints.

Collaborate cross-functionally with creative directors, strategists, and account leaders to translate strategic messaging into visually engaging digital campaigns.

Execute complex visual treatments and integrate emerging technologies-such as AI animation tools and 3D assets-to drive innovative visual solutions.

Optimize production workflows and project asset structures to consistently ensure rapid delivery in a dynamic, high-visibility environment.

Qualifications:

4+ years of professional experience in high-end motion design and video editing.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere, with exposure to Cinema 4D or generative AI animation tools.

Proven track record of adapting complex brand styles and navigating strict regulatory guidelines to deliver measurable business impact.

Bachelor's degree in digital media, design, or a related field, backed by exceptional communication and collaborative skills.

Qualifications:

4+ years of professional motion design and video editing experience within a digital agency or corporate setting.

Advanced technical proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere, with working knowledge of Cinema 4D or 3D animation software.

Proven track record of producing visually compelling, brand-aligned video assets while navigating regulatory and strict brand guidelines.

Bachelor's degree in Motion Graphics, Video Production, Graphic Design, or equivalent industry experience. Opportunity
