We're looking for a concept-driven Senior Graphic Designer who can move confidently across brand, digital, packaging, and retail. This is an opportunity to help shape creative work from the earliest stages-bringing multiple ideas to the table, building a strong rationale, and turning thoughtful concepts into polished, high-impact design.

• Lead design across brand, digital, packaging, and retail/in-store touchpoints.
• Develop multiple creative directions and present concepts with clear strategic rationale.
• Partner with creative leadership to evolve ideas before final execution.
• Maintain strong visual and typographic consistency across channels and formats.
• Manage competing priorities while delivering thoughtful, detail-oriented work.
• Respond to feedback quickly and refine work with speed and precision.
• Identify creative opportunities, solve problems proactively, and bring solutions forward.

• 5-8+ years of graphic design experience across brand, digital, packaging, or related creative disciplines.
• Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to generate more than one compelling solution to a brief.
• Excellent typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• A proactive, collaborative working style and comfort navigating ambiguity.
• The ability to work quickly without compromising quality or attention to detail.

• Experience presenting concepts to creative leaders or clients.

Working knowledge of digital, packaging, or retail production requirements.
