Graphic Designer

A fast-moving creative team is looking for a versatile Graphic Designer who can bring strong ideas to life across brand, digital, packaging, and retail experiences.

This is an opportunity for a strategic, hands-on designer who enjoys building concepts from the ground up, presenting thoughtful creative directions, and delivering polished work across multiple channels. The ideal candidate brings strong visual instincts, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to move quickly without compromising craft.

What You’ll Do

• Lead design projects across brand, digital, packaging, and retail/in-store materials.
• Develop multiple creative directions for briefs and clearly communicate the rationale behind each approach.
• Partner with creative leadership to refine ideas and strengthen final execution.
• Maintain visual and typographic consistency across formats, campaigns, and channels.
• Manage shifting priorities and tight timelines while delivering high-quality work.
• Respond to feedback quickly, iterate efficiently, and bring proactive solutions to the table.
• Identify creative opportunities and potential issues before they become blockers.

What You’ll Bring

• 5–8+ years of graphic design experience across brand, digital, and packaging work.
• Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to develop more than one compelling creative solution.
• Excellent typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• A proactive, collaborative approach and comfort working through ambiguity.
• Experience moving between projects quickly while maintaining consistency and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience presenting concepts to creative leaders or clients.
• Familiarity with digital, packaging, or retail production requirements.
