The Tailor provides customers with quality garment fitting and alteration services. This role measures customers, completes fittings and alterations, and offers guidance on fit, style, construction, and trends.
Responsibilities- Measure customers, fit garments, and mark areas requiring alterations.
- Complete customer fittings and sewing alterations on time according to service standards.
- Meet productivity goals and use store technology to organize alteration needs.
- Collaborate with the store team and educate customers and employees on fit, style, construction, and trends.
- Two to three years of fitting, tailoring, and sewing experience preferred.
- Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn and safely operate sewing, pressing, and alterations equipment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
