We are hiring a Customer Account Representative to support services across the country. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy helping customers while ensuring operations run smoothly, this is a long-term opportunity.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers and service affiliates
- Provide updates, answer questions, and resolve issues via phone and email
- Serve as the main liaison between customers and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery
- Manage dispatch processes and prioritize service calls effectively
- Request and submit proposals for repairs and corrective services
- Follow up on completed inspections to ensure timely receipt of reports and invoices
- Review work orders, exception queues, and daily task assignments
- Verify documentation for completeness and accuracy, including Not-to-Exceed (NTE) amounts
- Complete pricing and mark-ups before submitting to Accounts Receivable
- A customer-focused mindset and strong relationship-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Analytical thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with work order systems (Microsoft Dynamics GP is a plus)
- Associate's degree OR at least one year of customer service, work order coordination, or related experience
- Ability to interpret business processes, technical documents, and simple regulations
- Ability to sit, type, communicate professionally, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
