Overview of the role

We are hiring a Customer Account Representative to support services across the country. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy helping customers while ensuring operations run smoothly, this is a long-term opportunity.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers and service affiliates
  • Provide updates, answer questions, and resolve issues via phone and email
  • Serve as the main liaison between customers and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Manage dispatch processes and prioritize service calls effectively
  • Request and submit proposals for repairs and corrective services
  • Follow up on completed inspections to ensure timely receipt of reports and invoices
  • Review work orders, exception queues, and daily task assignments
  • Verify documentation for completeness and accuracy, including Not-to-Exceed (NTE) amounts
  • Complete pricing and mark-ups before submitting to Accounts Receivable
Qualifications
  • A customer-focused mindset and strong relationship-building skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Analytical thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with work order systems (Microsoft Dynamics GP is a plus)
  • Associate's degree OR at least one year of customer service, work order coordination, or related experience
  • Ability to interpret business processes, technical documents, and simple regulations
  • Ability to sit, type, communicate professionally, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
