Overview

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Customer Care Agent to join a fast-growing global beauty & skincare brand. Vietnamese or French bilingual preferred.

Irvine, CA. Industry: Skincare / Beauty. Type:
Full-time | Onsite.

• Support customers and distributors via email, phone, and chat
• Handle product inquiries, order tracking, returns, and account support
• Own each case from first contact to full resolution
• Build strong, long-term distributor relationships
• Translate marketing/product content for Vietnamese or Chinese-speaking audiences
• Work cross-functionally with operations, logistics, marketing, and product
• Deliver warm, professional, beauty-focused customer experiences

• 1-2 years of customer service experience (fast-paced environment preferred)
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask while staying organized and calm
• Comfortable supporting distributors—not just individual consumers
• Passion for skincare, beauty, wellness, or personal care
• Bilingual Vietnamese or French strongly preferred
• Tech-savvy and confident across multiple communication channels
