Head of Customer Experience

We’re looking for a senior leader to own and scale our entire Customer Experience organization, including all Account Managers, onboarding, and retention performance.

• Lead and scale our Customer Experience department, including all Account Managers
• Ensure teams exceed quota, measured by successful customer launches and Net revenue retention (NRR)
• Build and optimize CX processes across onboarding, adoption, expansion, and retention
• Coach, develop, and hold managers accountable to performance
• Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Support to deliver a best‑in‑class customer journey
• Turn customer feedback into real improvements across the business

• 8+ years of experience leading Customer Experience / Account Management teams
• Proven experience serving SMB customers (B2B SaaS strongly preferred)
• A track record of owning retention, NRR, and launch success metrics
• A strong people leader who builds high‑performing, accountable teams
• Comfortable in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment
