Our client, a leader in the automotive industry, is seeking a Call Center Agent, who will be part of the customer service department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to handle escalated situations effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job DetailsJob Title: Call Center Agent
Location: Irvine, CA
Pay Range: $25/hr.
- $28/hr.
Act as the primary point of contact for escalated customer interactions and executive follow-ups.
Support representatives by providing critical information and process guidance to assist customers promptly.
Handle public relations requests and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Utilize case management skills to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Provide training and support to team members to enhance overall service quality.
A college degree is highly preferred.
3+ years of experience in customer service within the automotive industry.
Experience in a call center setting with a focus on handling escalated customer issues.
Strong understanding of the customer experience journey.
Familiarity with Salesforce and technical/app/phone support
Work Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm PST
