What you'll do:

The Customer Service Representative will be handling customer inquiries about our products. These inquiries come from a variety of lead sources and are the result of both inbound and outbound efforts. The Customer Service Representative performs a basic level of lead qualification typically following a scripted presentation.

* This is a career path role into becoming a Loan Officer. We will train and prepare you for a successful sales career within a short time frame.

* Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls while delivering a high level of professionalism and customer service to our clients

* Performing a minimum number of transfers per day to available agents

* Contact prospective clients to generate interest in our mortgage products

* Communicating effectively over the phone with the ability to escalate customer complaints and concerns to appropriate departments

* Multi-tasking effectively by speaking and entering client data into the Ameri Home Mortgage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System

What you'll need:

* 2+ years of relevant inside sales experience

* Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment

* College education is preferred. High School diploma or GED required.

* Comfortable meeting production goals in a deadline-driven environment

* Able to work well in a team

* Excellent communication skills

* Flexible schedule with the ability to work various shifts

Compensation:
Hourly range for new hires is generally $25.09 - $30.99 for Irvine, CA. Salary amount is determined by specific job location.
