Customer Service Rep, Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Technical Support
Sales & Customer Coordinator (Onsite – Irvine, CA)
Position Type: Non-Exempt / Hourly
Pay: $29/hour (~$60,320 annually)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional overtime up to 1 hour)
Work Environment: 100% onsite in a corporate office setting (business casual, open cubicles, collaborative Customer Service team of

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales & Customer Coordinator to support order management, customer service, and inventory-related processes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth coordination between customers, sales, and operations while maintaining accuracy across orders, returns, and inventory tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage purchase orders, invoicing, and order fulfillment
- Handle RMAs (returns), repairs, and replacements with accuracy and urgency
- Track and support physical inventory, including serialized or component-based products
- Coordinate closely with sales and internal teams to ensure timely customer updates
- Maintain accurate records across ERP/CRM systems
- Provide professional, responsive customer support in a corporate (non–call center) environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a medical device or similar industry (e.g., electronics, automotive, aerospace – must involve POs, RMAs, and inventory)
- Strong understanding of order processing, invoicing, and inventory workflows
- Experience with Quick Books, ERP, and/or CRM systems preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills; Spanish is a plus
