Job Responsibilities
**** Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service drive
* Listen to customer concerns and document service needs accurately
* Prepare and present service estimates and repair recommendations
* Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate and timely repairs
* Communicate vehicle status updates clearly throughout the repair process
* Recommend maintenance services based on manufacturer guidelines and customer needs
* Ensure repair orders and billing documentation are complete and accurate
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience that drives repeat business and CSI results

*** The Service Advisor position is paid on a pay scale that may include one or more of the following compensation elements:
* Hourly compensation, which varies based on experience, role level, and performance
* Commission compensation, which may be earned based on closed service sales
* Production‐based incentive compensation, which may be based on individual and/or team performance

The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is $16.90 to $54.00 per hour. Actual compensation within this range will be determined by job‐related factors such as skills, experience, performance, and business needs. Commission and incentive compensation are not guaranteed and may be zero if applicable benchmarks are not  addition to compensation, we offer:

*** Service Advisor Qualifications
**** Prior service advisor or automotive customer service experience preferred
* Strong communication, organization, and follow‐up skills
* Sales‐oriented mindset with a focus on ethical recommendations
* Ability to multitask in a fast‐paced, high‐volume environment
* Comfortable using dealership DMS and related software
* Professional, customer‐focused approach
* Corporate Hiring Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age, possess a valid driver’s license, maintain an acceptable driving record, and be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
