We are seeking aCustomer Service Support Assistantto join our team. In this role, you will communicate with both internal and external customers to identify their needs, process requests, escalate complaints, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great experience with our company.

The ideal candidate is:

• Bilingual in Spanish (MUST)
• Friendly and professional
• Computer savvy
• Able to work well under pressure

Key Responsibilities

• Receive ahigh volume of inbound calls, text messages, and emails
• Use customer service best practices tobuild rapport and maintain positive relationshipswith customers
• Document all customer interactionsaccurately and promptly
• Attend ongoing trainings to maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred
• Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Excel and Word
• Excellentphone and verbal communication skills
• Ability towork well under pressure
• Highly organized with the ability toprioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,261.16 - $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
