Front Desk Associate

Massage Lu Xe  Irvine is looking for a friendly, positive, and professional Front Desk Associate to help create an exceptional experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude
• Manage appointments and guest information
• Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries
• Promote and sell spa memberships and services
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Occasionally assist with community events

• Strong customer service mindset
• Excellent communication and phone skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Sales or retail experience preferred

• Position:
  Part-Time Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour + commission & bonus opportunities
• Schedule:
  
  4–8 hour shifts
  Minimum availability of 3 days per week
  Weekend availability required
  Occasional participation in community events
