Position: Bilingual Health Benefits Call Center Advocate

Pinnacle Claims Management is seeking a CCSB Call Center Representative I to provide exceptional customer service and technical support. This role involves assisting clients over the phone and electronically while maintaining professional relationships with Covered California Certified Insurance Agents and Certified Enrollment Counselors.
