Customer Service Representative – Client Support (No Experience Required)

Irvine, CAJob Type: Full-Time | Onsite

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PMPay: $25.00 per hour + Commission About the Role We are seeking friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives to join our team. No prior experience is required — we provide full training.

You will work directly with small and medium-sized business owners who use our online marketing services, helping them understand their accounts, resolve issues, and feel supported.

What You’ll DoAnswer inbound customer calls with a positive, professional tone Assist business owners in understanding their online marketing services

Troubleshoot account issues and guide customers toward solutions

Document calls and account details accurately

Follow established procedures to ensure high-quality service

Remain patient, supportive, and solution-oriented during difficult conversations

Collaborate with internal departments as needed to resolve issues

Perform additional duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For We do not require prior call center or customer service experience. We are looking for individuals who have:

A clear and personable phone presenceA positive attitude and desire to help customers

Strong attention to detail

Professionalism when speaking with business owners (B2B)
Curiosity, willingness to learn, and comfort asking questions

Ability to stay organized and multitask

Reliability, consistency, and a strong sense of follow-through

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Reliable, consistent onsite attendance

Ability to use a computer comfortably

Strong verbal communication skills

Functional Abilities Ability to sit and work at a computer for long periods

Ability to stay focused and on task Ability to transcribe, enter, and post data accurately

Ability to communicate and exchange information clearly by phone

Ability to analyze information, identify solutions, and integrate data effectively
