Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Spanish-English

We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish-English) to work onsite in Irvine, CA, residing within 50 miles of Irvine.

• Answer incoming communications from customers.
• Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues.
• Report to a Team Lead and help contribute to overall team success.

• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.

• Base wage starting at $20.71 per hour.
