- Takes care of day-to-day administrative activities supporting the sales team by servicing accounts with order processing, coordinating accounts with focus on client satisfaction, revenue optimization, and account growth.
- Processes orders and provides customer support including advising customers of product shortages, expected delivery dates, price changes, etc.; verifies accuracy of orders received.
- Processes notifications of change orders; updates company systems on sales orders accordingly.
- Identifies customer's account information using company systems and creates sales orders to corresponding purchase orders.
- Inputs orders and verifies accuracy of data entered in company systems based on product and system knowledge.
- Coordinates complaints handling and other post market activities with Prismatik personnel.
- Maintains constant communication with Corporate to ensure an efficient workflow without interruptions and up-to-date information is relayed.
- Monitors backorder report; coordinates with appropriate departments to fulfill backorders as needed.
- Prepares reports related to customer inquiries, sales trends, customer complaints, delivery/service problems, reasons for product returns, etc.
- Performs detailed research on questionable orders; communicates any discrepancies to internal customers and management.
- Establishes, maintains, and updates files, databases, records, and/or other documents.
- Coordinates and schedules flights and hotel accommodations for traveling customers using Company's designated travel agency to resolve issues, ensure positive results, and deliver a great customer experience.
- Researches travel options and available inventory, suggests alternative dates/services and presents applicable information for appropriate management approval in compliance with the Company's travel policy.
- Makes last-minute travel arrangements due to inclement weather or other travel emergencies.
- Performs other related duties and projects as directed by management.

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one (1) year of administrative, fulfillment, shipping, travel coordination, or relevant experience.
Pay Rate $18.00-$23.00/hr
