Answer a high volume of inbound calls and outbound dials providing outstanding customer service to prospective students, coworkers, and executives;
Receive and screen inbound calls and route to appropriate departments or individuals; take messages and forward accordingly;
Follow scripts; perform data entry of personal information and transfer calls to the appropriate advisor; update CRM records;
Use Telephone Auto Dialing System for outbound inquiries and schedule Info-Sessions/appointments;
Monitor multiple queues and manage inquiries to ensure efficient service
