Spa Desk Associate – Equinox Spa

The Equinox Spa is a world‑class facility offering a range of treatments and products. The Spa Desk Associate plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and supporting the overall operation of the spa.

• Support daily spa operations under the direction of Spa leadership.
• Recommend treatments and complementary products to meet daily service sales goals.
• Promote retail product sales to members and guests to help achieve monthly retail targets.
• Assist with spa‑driven club outreach events and programs to foster business growth.
• Deliver superior customer service to all members, prospects, and guests.

• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Commitment to work a minimum of 3 days per week.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Enthusiastic, upbeat, personable, and knowledgeable about the spa industry.
• Ability to multitask and quickly learn new techniques.
• Must be able to utilize new techniques and ideas.

$16.90 per hour with the opportunity to earn additional incentives.
