Tax Rise is hiring a Call Center Representative to be a guiding point for clients in tax relief services. This 100% onsite role in Irvine, CA offers a base pay of $24.00–$25.00 per hour with a monthly bonus of $800–$1,300 and full-time hours (40 per week) with overtime as needed.
You will handle high call volumes, collect and review documentation, and maintain accurate case records in our CRM while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolutions.
