The Rinks Foundation in Irvine, CA is seeking an Operations Associate to support daily rink operations across Front Desk, Skate Counter, Snack Bar, and Skate Guard. You will ensure excellent guest service, accurate cash handling, and smooth flow of guests through public sessions.
The role requires a friendly, energetic, and safety-minded individual who can work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings. Training is provided to learn rink policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
