Exciting Opportunity for Treatment Coordinator! We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to guide patients through their dental treatment plans, financial arrangements, and scheduling. This role is essential in improving case acceptance, enhancing patient experience, and supporting the clinical team.
Pay- $22 - $35 per hour
$22-$35 based on experience and qualifications.
Shift & ScheduleMon-Wed 9-6 Thurs 10-7 Fri 9-6
Requirements- License & Certification:
Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant
CDA/RDA
PreferencesOpen to both new grads and experienced professionals.
Experience with Dentrix is a plus, enhancing your workflow.
Job Description- Present and explain recommended treatment plans to patients in a clear and supportive manner
- Discuss financial options, insurance benefits, and payment arrangements
- Verify insurance coverage and provide accurate cost estimates
- Coordinate and schedule treatment appointments efficiently
- Follow up with patients regarding pending or unscheduled treatment
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
- Work closely with the dentist and clinical team to ensure seamless patient care
- Monitor treatment case acceptance and help improve conversion rates
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong patient relationships
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and office policies
