We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Dental Receptionist to join our dental office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk.

• $22 - $35 per hour
• Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

3 days to 4 days 9am-6pm

• License & Certification:
  Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant
• with management course
• Dentrix software knowledge
• Billing and treatment coordinator experience

• Greet and check in patients in a warm and welcoming manner
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
• Collect and verify insurance information and patient records
• Process payments, issue receipts, and manage billing
• Maintain an organized and clean front desk and waiting area
• Coordinate with dental assistants, hygienists, and dentists to ensure efficient patient flow
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
• Comply with HIPAA and other privacy and health regulations
