This is an exciting opportunity for a Architectural Project Manager based in Orange County, CA, with a thriving and collaborative architecture firm that is expanding and launching its fourth office! Starting remotely and transitioning to a hybrid schedule once the Orange County office opens, this role offers the chance to be part of a growing, laid‑back team experiencing a major surge in multifamily and affordable housing projects.

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture preferred;
Licensed Architect, or in process (especially in CA) strongly preferred - 10+ years of experience with a strong background in multifamily and/or affordable housing projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (required), even if not in a primary production role
- Experience overseeing production drawings and managing technical documentation
- Construction Administration (CA) experience with ability to visit job sites as needed
- Strong client management and communication skills
- Ability to manage staff and collaborate with internal teams across multiple offices
- Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on technical solutions over high‑design aesthetics
$80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
