Senior Industrial Designer — Tp-Link | Irvine, California
At Tp-Link, we design technology that lives with people — not apart from them. From Wi-Fi systems to smart home devices, our products shape how millions connect, work, and feel at home in a digital world.
We're looking for a Senior Industrial Designer to bring bold ideas and refined execution to the next generation of Tp-Link products. This is your opportunity to define how the future of connection looks, feels, and functions.
What You'll Do
Shape the future of connected living
Lead design projects from concept to launch — translating advanced technology into forms that are elegant, intuitive, and human.
Champion design craft
Create products that balance emotion and engineering — where every line, surface, and proportion has intent. Bring a sculptor's eye and a maker's curiosity to every project.
Collaborate and influence
Work closely with engineers, product managers, and CMF designers to ensure design integrity from concept through mass production. Your voice will shape key decisions at every stage.
Explore and experiment
Push beyond what's expected. Explore materials, finishes, and interactions that reflect Tp-Link's forward-thinking identity. Prototype, test, and refine until simplicity meets magic.
Tell the story
Communicate your design intent through clear storytelling — sketches, renderings, mockups, and presentations that inspire both creative peers and non-design stakeholders.
Why You'll Love Working Here
At Tp-Link, design is more than styling — it's strategy, empathy, and innovation. You'll join a global design team shaping the physical identity of a trusted brand. You'll have room to experiment, mentorship from design leaders, and the chance to see your work impact millions of people worldwide.
Design with purpose. Connect the world beautifully.
