Coordinate with all outside parties engaged in the project and integrate information into current and future project documents according to the industry standards.
Develop concept layouts; prepare design narratives, material palettes, and color studies that align with established project goals. Calculate residential program metrics (e.g., gross square footage, parking counts, unit counts) and incorporate results into project documentation. Work closely with project team to deliver sd packages and entitlement sets using prior experience in organizing, assembling, and coordinating individual drawings into a cohesive set of schematic documents as required.
Revise and annotate drawings to address redlines, mark-ups, and permitting comments throughout the project life-cycle.
