Structural Designer

The Structural Designer / Drafter will work closely with engineers and project managers to develop construction documents and design drawings for a variety of building types. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys producing high-quality technical drawings and contributing to successful project delivery.

• Prepare structural construction documents and detailed drawings.
• Develop plans, elevations, sections, and structural details.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project team members.
• Revise drawings based on engineering markups and design changes.
• Maintain drafting standards and quality control procedures.
• Assist with project coordination and document management.

• Experience as a Structural Designer, Drafter, or CAD/BIM Technician.
• Strong experience with:
  • Wood-framed construction
  • Multifamily residential projects
  • Single-family residential projects
  • Retail developments
  • Commercial buildings
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Strong attention to detail and construction documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
