The Role
We're hiring a Project Manager to lead the execution of custom residential projects across Orange County and Los Angeles — from schematic design through construction close-out. You'll run multiple projects concurrently, working directly with clients, consultants, and contractors on some of Southern California's most ambitious private homes.
This is an in-house, full-time role. Strong Project Architects ready to step up into PM responsibilities are encouraged to apply.

- Run high-end residential projects from concept through construction administration
- Coordinate the consultant team — Structural, MEP, Civil, Landscape, Geotech, and specialty trades as needed
- Lead internal production staff and keep schedules, budgets, and deliverables on track
- Manage client communication with professionalism and clarity
- Oversee construction administration: RFIs, submittals, site visits, change orders, punch lists
- Navigate municipal code, coastal jurisdictions, DRBs, and HOAs across OC and LA markets
- Produce and manage quality control of construction documents, including detailing
- Uphold the firm's design and documentation standards on every project
- 5–10 years managing custom residential projects
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex residential work — ideally in the luxury or high-end custom sector
- Revit and AutoCAD proficiency
- Strong grasp of residential construction methods, materials, and detailing
- Ability to run projects semi-autonomously with direction
- Clear, professional communication with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (or equivalent experience)
- Friendly demeanor
- California architectural license, or actively pursuing
- AutoCAD or DataCAD experience
- Sketch Up for design development
- Lumion, D5, or Twin Motion experience
- Experience with high-net-worth clients and the pace/expectations that come with them
- Coastal Zone, hillside, or other jurisdictionally complex project experience
- Comfort leading smaller projects end-to-end, including detailing and CD production
