The program also provides families with tools to preserve their history and track student progress over time.
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role in Orange County, CA, for an Elementary School Principal at Ohana Schools. The Principal will oversee the day-to-day operations of the elementary program, lead educational planning, support the development and implementation of the curriculum, and create a positive and inclusive learning environment. The Principal will collaborate with teachers, staff, families, and students to foster academic excellence and student success.
Additionally, the Principal will ensure adherence to educational standards and continuous improvement of programs and initiatives.
- Proficiency in Educational Administration and Educational Management for leading school operations and ensuring organizational effectiveness
- Expertise in Curriculum Development and Elementary Education to design and oversee engaging, age-appropriate academic programs
- Strong leadership skills with experience in Educational Leadership, motivating teams, and driving school-wide improvement
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teachers, staff, students, and families
- Relevant certifications or licenses in education or school administration
- Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field is preferred
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for students and families
