• Assist the Educator(s) at Bionerds biology workshops for kids from K-8th grades.
• Assist the kids with hands-on activities. Set up and clean up the classroom before and after classes.

• Background in biology or other science preferred but not required.
• Teaching experience is preferred, but not required.
• During school session (mid-August to May), work IN-PERSON a minimum of 3 days (Mon–Fri) between 12:00 PM–6:00 PM and a minimum of 10 hours per week. During summer session (June to mid-August), work IN-PERSON a minimum of 3 days (Mon–Fri), 4–8 hours per day between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Able to work occasionally on weekends for private or marketing events for 2–5 hours.
  
  More availability is highly preferred.
• Love working with kids, reliable, organized, flexible, eager to learn, team player, and have good communication skills.
• Must travel to different cities in Orange County. Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass background/fingerprint checks, drug screening, and TB tests.
• Paid hourly, approximately up to 30 hours a week, depending on availability and registration numbers.
• Able to earn working hours from home when assisting in different departments (Administration, Marketing, and Curriculum Team).
